We lovingly pack and ship each order with great care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Please note that during busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.

Handmade and custom items may require additional time. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Orders are shipped via a trusted courier or Australia Post.

  • Standard and Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking wherever possible. Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control, but we’re always happy to help if you need assistance locating your order.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully packaged to protect it in transit, using materials appropriate for fragile and handmade items. Where possible, we aim to use thoughtful and minimal packaging.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While delays are rare, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control (such as weather events or carrier delays).

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
