Each private suite at Byron at Byron is set amongst the natural rain forest and are elegantly designed with luxury and comfort in mind. They also feature a separate lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two enclosed balconies.

Choose to do as much or as little as you like on this luxury retreat. All activities are optional, and it’s totally up to you how much you choose to be involved in. With so much beauty around you, you may choose to simply relax – but we encourage you to make the most of your stay and dive into our program.

DAY 1

2:30pm - 3:00pm Check in to Byron at Byron

You’ll be met at reception by Rebalance Retreat host and ilovechakra founder Katie Manekshaw, who will deliver your schedule for your weekend, as well as your special wellness goodie bag. 

Then comes your opportunity to slow it right down, take a deep breath and begin to unwind. Check into your suite, then kick off your shoes, turn off your phone and slip into relaxation mode as you explore this beautiful rainforest resort.

3:30pm - 4:45pm Opening Ceremony

Join us for a beautiful welcoming circle to connect with the rest of the group for an opening meditation. You will also be guided to set some intentions for the weekend ahead.

4:45pm - 6:15pm Life Path & Vision Board Workshop

In this fascinating workshop BelindaGrace will take you through both the practical steps of creating an effective vision board and show you how to open up to and trust your own intuition more, so that you can work with the positive energies that are there to support and guide you. 

6:15pm - 7:30pm Set Your Pace

Take a stroll amongst the trees, get a reading, book a massage, or simply find a place to lounge by the resort’s beautiful pool. 

7:30pm 9:00pm  7 Course Degustation Dining Experience  

Enjoy an amazing seven course degustation dining experience, that will awaken your senses. Set amongst the beautiful rainforest pavilion of Byron at Byron you will delight in this memorble dining experience. 

9:00pm Night Time Nature Walk 

Torch in hand explore the miles of wooden trails that weave through natural rainforest to ocean inlets and national parklands. Watch dancing fireflies & marvel at the starry sky above the dense forest canopy. See what creature you can spot in this wonderland of eco bliss. 

10:00pm - Rest

We encourage you to get to bed nice and early tonight, because tomorrow’s (optional) activities begin at daybreak. You could also use this quiet time to start journaling, using your beautiful gift journal provided courtesy of Byron Bound

DAY 2

Today is a big day full of wellness workshops and fun experiences – though remember, you’re welcome to do as much or as little as you choose! 

7:30am - 8:30am Gentle Yoga Class 

A light yoga class to get you in the mood for the day.

8:45am - 9:45am Breakfast at Byron at Byron 

Enjoy a delicious breakfast overlooking the lush rain forest, whilst being serenaded by nature.  

10:30am - 12:00pm Design Your Perfect Day

Discover what it is to create a perfectly balanced day. Learn to truly love your body with the right amount of food, stress management, exercise & sleep. This talk will help you examine your life choices and set you on a path of better health & wellbeing. Stuart Cooke from 180 nutrition  

12:00pm - 12:30pm Chai & Cookie Time

Enjoy a delicious cuppa and a healthy treat between workshops. 

12:30pm - 1:30pm Nia Dance Workshop

This uplifting movement class will bring you deeply into your body, inviting you to feel to heal and express yourself in a gentle and fun way. You will be guided to a place of powerful connection between body, mind, emotions and spirit. Facilitaed by Taryn Pallister from Nia Australia 

1:30pm - 2:30pm - Lunch at Byron at Byron 

Enjoy a delicious lunch at Byron at Byron's prized restaurant. Then find a place to relax and unwind amongst the luxurious resort facilities.

2:30pm - 5:00pm Restore, Relax, Replenish

After a busy fun-filled morning of workshops, now’s the time to relax, restore and replenish however you’d like. Lounge by the pool with a good book and enjoy exploring the resort and it's facilities.

5:00pm - 6:30pm -  Sound Healing Workshop

Melt away into a soundscape of healing. Feel the sacred vibrations of singing bowls, didgeridoos and gongs resonate through your body as you enter deep state of relaxation and calm.

7:00pm Evening in Byron Town

Take some time to explore the amazing restaurants and nightlife of Byron Bay – or if you’d prefer to take it easy, stay close to home and eat at the hotel restaurant, or order room service.

DAY 3

7:00am - 8:30am  Byron Lighthouse Sunrise Walk to Wategos Beach.

We’ll pick you up at the hotel and take you to the famous Byron Lighthouse to enjoy a morning of bliss. Enjoy a magical walk down from the lighthouse to the beach, looking out for turtles, sting rays, whales and dolphins along the way. Once you reach spectacular Wategos Beach, enjoy a morning dip before we take you back to Elements for a delicious breakfast. 

8:30am - 10:30am Breakfast Time, Chill Out, Check Out

Enjoy a long breakfast or relax by the pool. Then pack your bags, as it's time to check out. But the weekend’s not over yet… we’ll meet you at the car park for an exciting journey into the hinterland.

11:00am - 11:45am Byron Hinterland Tour

Let us drive you around the hinterland and show you some of the breathtaking views. Along the way, we’ll stop off at some beautiful spots to take in this incredible coastline.  

11:45am - 3:00pm Crystal Castle & Shambala Gardens Tour

Visit one of Byron Bay's most treasured gems, The Crystal Castle & Shambala Gardens. Spend your time exploring the incredible sculptures, giant Buddha statues, enormous feature crystals, walking maze and world-class landscaping.

While you’re here. grab a delicious lunch at The Crystal Castle's Café, with spectacular views over the Byron landscape. Note: Lunch is not included in retreat ticket price. 

Closing Circle Meditation

While we’re in the beautiful setting of The Crystal Castle & Shambala Gardens, we’ll perform a short closing ceremony.

3:00pm - 3:45pm - Return Journey to Byron at Byron 

On our way back to Byron at Byron we’ll take you an alternative route past Mullumbimby, Australia biggest little town, famous for its alternative culture and incredible farmers markets.

4:00pm Goodbyes 

Retreat over, we’ll send you on your way with some beautiful memories and insights that will long be remembered.
