Welcome To Your Chakra Journey

Welcome, beautiful soul.

Thank you for choosing to spend this time with yourself. You don’t need any experience or special knowledge to begin, just a little curiosity and a willingness to listen.

This is your gentle invitation to slow down, explore your inner world, and bring more love and intention to the way you care for yourself.

So, what are chakras?

Chakras are energy centres described in yogic and spiritual traditions. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel.” In this course, we’ll explore the seven main chakras, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

Each chakra is associated with a different part of our inner experience:

  • Root: grounding, stability and feeling safe.
  • Sacral: creativity, pleasure and emotional flow.
  • Solar Plexus: confidence, self-trust and personal power.
  • Heart: love, compassion and connection.
  • Throat: communication and authentic expression.
  • Third Eye: intuition, insight and inner clarity.
  • Crown: spiritual connection, meaning and a sense of belonging to something greater.

Rather than viewing each chakra in isolation, we’ll explore them as parts of a connected whole. This gives you a framework for noticing how you feel, what you need, and where you’d like to bring more care into your life.

Your journey through the seven chakras

Over the next seven days, we’ll explore one chakra at a time through gentle guidance and simple practices. You’ll have space to reflect, try something new, and discover what feels meaningful to you.

There’s nothing to get perfect, and no need to rush. Follow along each day, or take your time and return to the lessons whenever you need them. This is your journey.

Crystals for your practice, if you wish

You don’t need crystals to take this course. Your curiosity, attention and willingness to spend a little time with yourself are enough.

If you already have a crystal you love, you’re welcome to keep it nearby or gently hold it during your practice. Let it be a personal reminder of the intention you’re bringing to your journey.

Begin with a moment for yourself

Before you start, find a comfortable place to sit. Take a few slow, easy breaths and notice how you feel, without trying to change anything.

Ask yourself: What would I like to make more space for in my life?

Perhaps it’s steadiness, confidence, creativity or self-love. You don’t need a perfect answer. Let your intention be a gentle starting point.

Your first lesson will arrive by email about an hour after your welcome email. We’ll begin with the Root Chakra and explore the foundations of grounding and stability.

Thank you for being here. When we meet ourselves with more love and awareness, we can bring that care into the world around us, too.

With much love,
